Cancellation Policy

We allow project cancellations under limited conditions depending on project status.
1. Before Work Begins:
  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment if work hasn’t started: 100% refund.
2. After Work Begins: We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
  • Cancellations allowed; refund will be prorated based on completed work.
  • A deduction of 5–10% may apply for processing or admin fees
3. After Delivery:
  • Cancellations are not permitted once deliverables are submitted.

Include your full name, order ID, and cancellation reason. We will respond within 5 business days.
