We allow project cancellations under limited conditions depending on project status.
1. Before Work Begins:
- Cancel within 24 hours of payment if work hasn’t started: 100% refund.
2. After Work Begins:
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Cancellations allowed; refund will be prorated based on completed work.
- A deduction of 5–10% may apply for processing or admin fees
3. After Delivery:
- Cancellations are not permitted once deliverables are submitted.
