1. General Refund Conditions:-
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has been initiated or delivered.
  • Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on work completed and nature of the issue raised.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after order placement.
  • Delays due to incomplete or delayed client input.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction when deliverables match the agreed scope.
  • Once digital files are delivered or accessed.
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Partial or full refunds may be offered if:
  • Work delivered is materially different from the agreed scope.
  • The report contains substantial technical or factual errors affecting usability.
